Roxana Alessio, LCSW

Roxana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been in the field for 12 years. She spent a big part of her career working with families in community mental health and has been working for private practice for the past five years. Roxana provides a non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to be themselves.
Roxana has a passion for working with Veterans and their families, as she understands the challenges that come with serving this country. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. She treats those struggling with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, grief, loss, relationship issues, and trauma. She sees the importance of promoting healing and growth. She works collaboratively with her clients to help them meet their goals and focuses on increasing self-acceptance, assertiveness, and fulfillment.

Roxana earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California with an emphasis on families and children and military social work.
Specialties: Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
