Ron has over forty years of clinical counseling experience. He focuses on brief solution

therapy to assist clients in solving their problems in a short period of time. Ron has vast

experience working with an array of situations, including substance abuse and addiction,

masculinity and male gender issues, couple’s communication and relationship issues, past

trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and the aging process. Ron’s approach to helping clients is

deeply supportive, direct, and at times uses some humor.

Ron received a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religion from the State University of New York,

his Master's in Social Work from Barry University, and Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from the University of Kentucky
