Crystal Antolin, LMFT

Clinician

Crystal is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over five years of experience in a variety of settings and age groups. She believes the therapy space is one that evokes vulnerability, compassion, and understanding. It is not an easy feat to open up to someone about our inner struggles and hope that the therapy space she creates values that vulnerability. Her passion lies in evoking a more compassionate understanding of ourselves and honing that ability to live a more fulfilling life. She has experience finding that compassion in the treatment of all eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relational attachment wounds, the inner battle of negative self-worth, and trauma related struggles including PTSD. She is equally passionate about health at every size treatment and care.

Crystal earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Waldorf University and her Masters in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy from the University of San Francisco Sacramento campus.

Specialties: Person centered therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy), Brain spotting.
