Ashley Cramer, LPCC

Clinician

Ashley Cramer is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 11 years of experience supporting clients through life’s challenges. She loves working with young adults, college students, and women, and specializes in helping individuals navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and ADHD while offering a compassionate and personalized approach to care. Whether you are a new mom looking to find some time and space for yourself or you are a Gen Z figuring out how to navigate this world, she would be honored to help you work through it.

Ashley’s goal is to make therapy an engaging and approachable experience where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She believes in helping people identify their unique strengths and empowering them to use those strengths as tools for growth and healing. With a warm, down-to-earth style, Ashley incorporates humor into sessions and strives to meet clients exactly where they are, walking alongside them every step of the way on their journey. In session, you can expect her to ask reflective questions, challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking, and hold you accountable for the goals that you are working towards. She uses an eclectic approach and tailors each session to the needs of each client. You can expect her to use some CBT, solution-focused, holistic, and mindful interventions.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University. Outside of her work as a therapist, Ashley is a yoga teacher and a devoted beach lover, often finding balance and inspiration through movement and time by the ocean.
